Patrick Grote is a civil litigation attorney who helps our clients navigate a wide range of legal challenges with clarity and confidence. Patrick started his legal career as a prosecutor before moving into private practice. His first legal position was with the Kenton County Attorney’s office, after which he spent several years as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Kenton County, where he tried many cases on behalf of the Commonwealth and gained invaluable courtroom experience. His notable trial victories include guilty verdicts in first-degree robberies, trafficking in fentanyl and cocaine, and fleeing or evading the Policecases. He has a reputation for handling tough cases with fairness and tenacity. Patrick earned his law degree from the University of Kentucky and his undergraduate degree from Northern Kentucky University. Patrick is a lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky, where he currently resides with his daughter, Allison. He is very proud of his work on the board of Transitions, Inc., a drug rehabilitation and treatment center. In his admittedly limited free time, Patrick loves tinkering with his computers, traveling abroad, and discovering new culinary gems around Greater Cincinnati.
